About KAWA
Mission Statement:
The Kashrut Authority of Western Australia (KAWA) is a
not-for-profit organisation that provides licensing and supervision
for kosher services in Western Australia. Licensing and supervision
is provided for caterers, bakers, butchers, delis, and producers of
a range of kosher products such as food dips, honey, nougat, and
nuts.
